The Standard American Diet ironically has the acronym SAD. In comparison to other cultures, we eat like crap. Think about if a human were in a zoo, what would you feed a human? It probably wouldn’t be the processed food that we see all around us.
Ok, so that sounds like a lot of doom and gloom about what we eat but the fact is that nutrition can be fun and exciting. As a Certified Nutrition Coach I can help you find your way to enjoying nutritious food without sacrificing flavor or favorite foods.
