Personal Training
There are a lot of misconceptions out there about what Personal Trainers do and who should have one. Personal Training isn’t just for professional athletes or people that are looking to bulk up. Personal Trainers work with anyone who is wanting extra support in reaching their fitness and nutrition goals.
One of the most frustrating things about fitness is the dreaded plateau. You have so much momentum going then the results seem to just stop. A benefit of working with a trainer is that I can anticipate when those might happen for clients and undulate the training so that you don’t get stuck.
Through my education at National Academy of Sports Medicine I have been trained in their five phases of training that can be applied to any fitness level and goal out there. The systematic approach focuses on stabilization and mobility required to properly execute more advanced movements as your progress through the phases. I use a combination of resistance, cardio, strength, endurance, and active-recovery training that will maximize your results without of sacrificing countless hours in the gym or at home.
I work with all ages and fitness abilities. I love working with people that are new in their fitness journey and looking for some direction and support. My goal is to help you feel comfortable in the gym or using your equipment at home. I design each of my client programs on an individual basis and work to incorporate things that you enjoy into your personalized plan.
The best place to start is to schedule a call with me. I want to hear about your goals and obstacles. We will talk through what a Personal Training Plan would look like and what to expect. Investing in your health not only benefits you but everyone around you. I would love to be part of your wellness journey and look forward to working with you!
