Through my training with NASM, I use a 5 phase approach that focuses on stabilization, mobility, endurance, and resistance training. Whether you are looking to slim down and build lean muscle or increase your power, the Optimum Performance Training Model will help you get there. One of the biggest components to this type of training is enjoyment and I work on an individual level with each of my clients to find what makes them excited to show up to each session.
